Hi all, looking for any experience/ words of encouragement! I stopped absorbing from estraderm and am a month into Evorel (both 100) I know it’s early but I wake up at very couple of hours and anxiety is bad! Is it normal to get worse before better? I’m wondering if I should have started at a lower dose?
Thank you 🙏

No. Symptoms of oestrogen deficiency usually go the other way. Where are you in your meno journey? I'd suspect your own levels have declined and you absorb less from evorel than estraderm. Unless you have a gp who will bend the nhs rules you need either a referral to an NHS meno clinic or to go private.

Hi I’m peri, I changed from estraderm to Evorel, I see a gynaecologist and she agreed to go to 125 last month but I did that and felt worse! I’m just so depressed and fed up with it all, been on hrt three years and it’s been way more downs than ups x
