I have just started using Yes VM but how long have others used it for. I do know it's not a treatment that is being sorted the Yes is just helping as a moisturiser but do people stay on it or have you only used it short time?

Hi ,I've used Yes vm for about 10 years with no side effects or anything. Just last month I had to start vagifem also as I found I needed something other than the yes vm to help with symptoms.

I am in my 15th year of using Yes VM applicators (on NHS prescription). It's pretty benign stuff, hormone free and the applicators are paraben free so I see no issue with long-term use.

I've been using it twice daily for over four years and haven't considered using another. I use it alongside Vagifem and Estriol cream.

Thanks, it seems to help the stinging. I did notice an increase in bleeding at first but that may be due to having to use my finger instead of an applicator

Thanks, what time of day do you tend to use your Yes VM? I've read so many different things. A lot say at night but I have to go to the toilet several times over night so could it wash out?

Its simply a moisturiser to be used whenever you like, we are all individual in the way we use it.
If you want to use it at a suitable time for you then do so, we are not talking hard drugs here, its a gentle natural moisturiser, use it as you wish.
