Good afternoon, can you use organic coconut oil as a vaginal moisturiser alongside oestrogen vaginal gel?

I believe that some do use on the outer area/vulva ...... mayB type 'coconut oil' into the search box?  How are your symptoms ?

People certainly do, however I would be cautious about using a product high in natural sugars in or around the vagina, as this can interfere with the microbiome and increase the likelihood of thrush

A well estrogenised vagina should not require any additional products, however if you choose to do so I would use something designed for intimate use. Some of these products are available on prescription.

Coconut oil has zero natural sugars.

Many GP's, mine included, suggest using coconut oil on the vulva as a moisturiser.

Thank you SundayGirl...I will try it. What would you recommend as an internal moisturiser?
