Title: The Good Life - Sat Supplement
Post by: CLKD on March 09, 2025, 10:01:27 AM
Noted: Join our Campaign - We're calling for the government to improve healthcare for women - we're petitioning for menopause support to be included in the NHS health checks for women over 40 ..........

It's a bar code scan to get into the petition  ::)

Issviva : joyous red light therapy  :-\ for the vagina ........... I'll give that a miss, probably   :-X

No I can't quite tell what this refers to. I have seen the device everywhere and I am absolutely desperate. I have never told anyone but I haven't had sex with my husband for years. We had a very good active and compatible sex life for many years but it is now too painful and fraught with problems.

I am crying as I write this as I have never revealed it to anyone else. My husband is the most understanding and gentle man - I am so lucky - but I am so sad for us both.

Of course U can be sad for the lack of intimacy.

MayB ask your Nurse Practitioner about the possibility of these devices?  We use  :vibe: which can be controlled to make sure that the experience is comfortable, with lots of lube.

I've been using 'ovestin/estriol' for many years with success, if I have a few nights without then there is a slight soreness and the potential for the need2P more often .  This settles symptoms.
