Advice on this please
Am 52 various health issues been on hrt 2 years lots different combinations
Had tvs and abdo and biopsy 18m ago all fine
Still have brown blob at times and had period in January which prompted urgent tvs and abdo check, lining is fine everything is fine both ovaries gone now ,last scan was just one so question is why am I having a period now? It is the date I used to have them and feeling stomach ache like one bu5 thought I wouldn’t get any if both ovaries shrunk? I changed hrt to different one yesterday bu5 had the brown blob couple days before so think I would have one anyway? Very puzzling
Thanks

Morning. It may be that the ovaries are stlll pumping out oestrogen even though on scans they appear shrivelled.

Hi Booroo. Although your ovaries have disappeared if you are on hrt this has an effect on the womb lining and can still cause bleeding.
