Title: Electronic toning belts
Post by: VioletAquarius on February 26, 2025, 10:13:21 PM
Hi, does anyone know if those electronic toning belts give you a strong core (like the Slendertone)? I need to strengthen my core to help with my prolapse so I don't want to be doing any exercises that put pressure in the abs or pelvic floor due to my prolapse. Thank you.
