Title: Estring & vagifem

Hi ladies

I have really bad VA. I’ve tried the creams but they aren’t strong enough and I’m too dry for vagifem. Last Oct I got the estring and thought it was brilliant. The relief was unreal and the dryness went away. However I’m on my 3rd one and I feel it’s not as good as it was. Some dryness is creeping back and bladder issues. I’ve popped in a vagifem and it’s calmed everything down so I must be wet enough now duty the estring in to absorb it. Does anyone use estring & vagifem together or do loading doses of vagifem every few months or when they need it? Thanks

If you are too dry for Vagifem, have you tried using some YES natural/organic water based lube up there when you insert it? It should help give it something to dissolve in....
