Title: Changing from patch to oestrogel

I am slowly changing from 75estradot and half a pump of gel to 50 gel and 37.5 estradot patch as that’s all I can get . Although it’s the same daily dose of oestrogel I feel rubbish poor sleep headaches

Is is just part of the transition and will it settle down ?

When you say that's all you can get, is it due to supply issues, affordability or an under-confident prescriber?

There are potential solutions to all of these so please don't settle for subtherapeutic treatment.

In the words of the legendary nick Panay, it's the lowest fully effective dose that should be used. With emphasis on effective, not lowest.
