I went off HRT and felt fine but then the night sweats developed plus insomnia. (Ironing at 1.30 am is not my bag ;D)
I went back on HRT but the anxiety is off the scale. Plus the dizziness and migraines are back.
I’m on 12.5 evorel and 100mg utrogestan. I need to try and find the balance but wondered if anyone else takes a minimum HRT that works for them?
Was offered meds from GP but with me less is definitely more. Had tapered off duloxetine which was really hard going so I’m not entirely keen to try another medication.

A bit of Trial and Error may be called for? How long have U been taking the new regime?

Have you seen a menopause specialist?
12.5mcg estradiol is very low to warrant 100mg progesterone every night.
Some of the old school specialists were happy to use up to 25mcg without a progestogen.
Obviously this shouldn't be done without medical guidance but what you are currently taking is unlikely to have any clinical benefits beyond possibly sedation by the progesterone.
Some people do find progesterone alone (which is essentially what you are taking) helpful in its own right for sleep, but as you mention dizziness it is worth being aware that progesterone can lower blood pressure.
