Hi ladies I’m looking for recommendations for private online type menopause clinics, the more affordable the better!

I use Newson Health and can recommend. It's £280 for an appointment with a doctor (30mins) and they will write a letter to your NHS GP to tell them what to prescribe so hopefully you don't need to pay for meds.
I see Dr Jane Robertson there and can recommend. If you don't like a doctor you can easily switch to another, they have so many on their staff.

Thanks Joziel! I’ve been mulling about it for a while but I feel so awful I’m going to do it xx

Only thing I’m worried about is I saw news about them prescribing high does of E - I don’t know if the cause of my symptoms is to much or too little E, so I could need less not more x

They are experts and will be able to guide you on that one. But presumably you have already trialled 'less' and still feel awful, so really you need to trial 'more'....
Estrogen is very safe, there's nothing wrong with trialling more and seeing if it helps you feel better. You can always reduce again.

Thanks Joziel I just replied to the wrong message, I’ve not tried to reduce before x
