hello, how much estriol 1mg cream do I use . the applicator is massive , do I fill it to the top it seems an awful lot . the info in the pack says just go up to the red line , this is abouy 1 cm of cream.
Ant advice please ? ive just stated uising it after a few weeks of thrush and reaction to vagirux pessary

Put the2 pieces of the applicator together then place nozzle of the tube into the applicator to the red line. And push.
Not from the other end as that would be too much.
Did U require treatment for the candida?

thankyou that makes sense and what the instructions say. Doc said fill the whole applicator which seems loads ! lol
Ive taken three fluconazole over the last couple of weeks as Doc took a swab to confirm.

As much as you want, whether you use the applicator or just your fingers!
Even those who believe incorrectly that systemic estrogen is dangerous can be reassured that absorption of local vaginal therapy is negligible.

GP needs to check why you've been given that information.
When I get symptoms that niggle in the day I add a dose mid-afternoon and then every night for 5-7 ...... as well as a smear on my finger around the labia etc.; and pain relief to ease the nip as the flow shuts off.
1 can use every night when necessary.
