Hi all, I'm new to the forum and the group and just wanted to say hi. I signed up today as I've had a very low day - lots of "no reason" tears and generally feeling like poo! I feel I have quite a story that's been going on for a while and the end is nowhere in sight! But I get that actually I'm not alone with alot of what I'm going through -seems quite a few of us have the same script - we're just adapting the words to our own version. Any way, I'm sure you will see me pop up on various discussions and I look forward to feedback and mutual experiences.  Take care all. X

Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use to chart progress and to remind us that we do have ' better ' days ;-)

Tell us more when U R ready: age, period habits, child/elderly care responsibilities, work ........ U R not alone!
