I was so sorry to hear about this.

I used to love listening to his Sounds of the 70s show on Sunday afternoons xxx

So sad; my fave DJ. I used to take my little transistor radio into school every Tuesday so we could listen to his chart show and Pop the Question. Also loved Sounds of the 70s on Sunday afternoons. He will be much missed 😢

I was able to tune in to Radio Luxemburg on my blue narrow transistor, a radio I could carry in my cycle basket whilst travelling  :)
