Hi everyone,
Can anyone help with this query?
I was on a cycle of progesterone but struggled with it so whilst I was reducing my anti depressants I agreed with Doc I would pause or for a month. I am at the point my bleed would have been due and I am all over the place. Very emotional and quite hysterical, constant period pain. Feel like I’m on estrógen overload and my body needs the progesterone. I’m technically not supposed to take it for another 2 weeks if I am sticking to the month off. Any thoughts if I take it now I will mess things up even more ?
We had also discussed starting continuous to help with the ups and downs of the progesterone so I wondered if I just take it now and start the continuous is that ok too ? Any advice warmly welcomed ! Can’t speak to Dr til Wednesday and don’t feel can last til then.

Many can't tolerate the progesterone part of a regime.
Why R U reducing ADs? I wouldn't be without mine.
