Hi all,
A weird thing has started happening a couple of days ago. I use Ovestin internally, daily still at the moment. I insert it via applicator before bed at night. I get up to go to the loo 1-2 times per night to wee usually and all is fine. However, 2 out of the past 3 mornings, I have noticed a white blob of cream in the loo after a bowel motion. This would be 10 or so hours after inserting the cream. Has anyone else noticed anything like this? Of course, it may have happened in the past without me noticing, but I thought the cream should have absorbed in 10 hours. Any thoughts?

It's probably the residue dropping out, it happens to me occasionally. The active ingredient should have been absorbed by morning. How R the symptoms over all?

Symptoms are much improved after nearly 3 months of Ovestin use. I am still using daily but not necessarily a full dose. Sometimes just a small thread of cream suffices. I'm not concerned about overuse.
I have found my bladder has flare ups depending on my stress levels. High stress situations cause symptomatic pain and urging but the Ovestin as certainly provided relief.

I use the amount in the tube as well as 'Nurofen' when symptoms niggle which stops the nip as the urine flows stops.
Keep using every night !
