Hi everyone back here again. Started the gel and taking the progesterone daily three months ago last ten days I have been woke up around one am with horrendous period pains tiny bit of bleeding have to take painkillers and then get back to sleep about 4am. This is after trying patches and the progesterone earlier on this year and having to stop as on the days I took the progesterone I felt like I was going mad so we changed to the gel and daily progesterone. I have booked an appointment next week with the hrt nurse but I cannot last another week on three hours sleep and the pains. Do you think I should just stop until I speak to her? I’m just feeling really angry this past week think it’s definitely the progesterone!
