Title: Late menopause

Hi everyone I’m 59 still haven’t reached menopause had a period 6 months ago after reaching nearly 10 months saw my gynae who did scans all normal now 6 months later having another one albeit a lot lighter then the past anyone else similar?

I feel fine well apart from night sweats hot flushes and sleepless nights  😂

Do read the one which Jenna put up.  Make notes ;-). Ask away.

Night sweats may be eased with appropriate anti-depressant medication, apparently a few can help.  Sometimes we believe that we need more sleep than we actually do, how does lack of sleep affect you?  I have busy dreams which leave me knackered, nights when I can't sleep that's it.  Mind whirling!
