Hi,
I was on Evorel sequi patches for 3 years and they helped but didnt take away all my symptoms After a HRT review at my request I've been switched to continuous.
Utrogestan 100 every day and oestrogel 2 pump daily. It is still early days but I've been feeling very nauseous so I switched to vaginally and the nausea went.
My confusion is the night sweats and hot flashes are back. My doctor said I could adjust the pumps as needed but I don't know if the hot flushes are a sign that I need more oestrogel or less. Or a higher dose of Utrogestan. I'll never get a doctors appointment anytime soon so could do with some advice..Thanks
