Quick question, instead of starting this cycles utrogestan on day 15 which is tonight, could I delay a week?
I’m going away next week and would prefer not to have my withdrawal bleed whilst I’m away, there’s also a pool so I want to swim a lot too

You can try but if you still have your own cycle you'll bleed anyway, the utro won't override it.
