Hello, my 47 year old Fiancee has just started sequential HRT. Eveorel 25 and Gepretix 200mg progesterone. The progesterone should be taken on day 15 of her cycle yet she is yet to come on and its over a month from her last period. Her cycle has been irregular for some time. From what I understand the progesterone should be taken within the luteal phase to mimic the bodies natural production of progesterone so my thinking is that she needs to wait until she does come one even if that's not for another couple of weeks and then take the progesterone on day 15 and take it from there. But I might be totally wrong haha.
Cheers.

Two weeks on, two weeks off. So oestrogen for two weeks and then oestrogen and progesterone for two weeks, rinse repeat. No matter what the bleeding is doing. When it's that irregular you won't be able to sync it and shouldn't because of the risk of unopposed estrogen for too long.

Brilliant thanks!

If she is that irregular, she can probably go to continuous progesterone and take a lower dose but throughout her whole cycle - perhaps with a 3-5 day break to allow a bleed and avoid break-through bleeding.
