2 weeks ago I saw a urogynaecologist due to frequent UTI's and bladder retention.
She inserted a speculum to check, every thing looked ok, no prolapse but since then I've had soreness and a feeling of a bubble being in the entrance to my vagina that I can't seem to ease, odd as it sounds it's almost like it wants to pop.
I've been inserting Vagifem ok so nothing stopping me using that but it's incredibly annoying. Could it just need more time and a good load up of vagifem/Estriol?
On top of the tummy discomfort from using Hiprex that she also prescribed I feel like I'm plummeting in a black hole with constant discomfort in that area.
Has anyone else had this feeling or know how to get rid of it?

I get this feeling when I have a UTI which has inflamed the urethra rather than the bladder. Is the Hiprex for a UTI and are you still taking it? Also if you have bladder retention have you been referred for cystoscopy?

Also do ask for estriol to apply to the urethra and labia as well as inserting the 'vagifem' every night.

No expert but more than likely the after effects of the procedure, don't they blow air in so they can see more clearly.
Give it more time to heal and keep using the oestrogen, your best friend!
