Dr Moseley suggests that we alter 1 thing - last night's programme was cold water swimming :o :o. That's a no-no for me.
I cut out ultra processed foods 2 years ago-ish and feel much better.
I know that I need to walk more often ............ what would U cut out to improve your daily routine?

I need to cut down phone time also.
I need to start moving about more, take my mind off things. When I'm busy I don't notice my symptoms as much.

I need to get my bum off my favourite chair and get moving a lot. Doing my reading, watching TV, art, craft work, using the same old chair. :)
