Has anyone else experienced dizziness as a peri menopause symptom? I've had these episodes on and off for 10 years now and I've had all the test for the heart etc but everything fine. I'm 49 and been on HRT for 8 months now but still having odd symptoms 😕

Morning. How is your diet overall? Do U check your blood pressure regularly? Is it on getting up from a chair?
I have a trapped nerve in my neck which makes me woozie, instantly gone.

Hi I get mine more when I'm outside in the fresh air. My diet is quite good 👍

Could be a waft of fresh air = light headedness unless U are bending over when gardening? Sometimes there's no reason ::)

Meno can cause dizziness,I'm bothered with it from time to time, small crystals in the inner ear, which can go the "wrong way" sometimes,I find taking Stugeron,2 x 3 daily helps brilliantly, they're travel sickness tablets but my Dr recommended them for dizziness (meniers etc) do check you are able to take them first x

As above, it can be a meno symptom but if you haven't seen an ENT specialist to rule out an inner ear problem it might be worth doing.
