Hi nice to meet you Jaypo!
Well am finding my moods to be horrendous! It's the anger I am mist concerned about and I am not normally like that but since the menopause is just like they're is no..well... limit to it?!
I was fitted with a Mirena Coil a few years ago due to Endometriosis and when stated the menopause, put on Evorel 50. Have stated evening primrose to see if that would help and when spoke to Dr they instantly come up with antidepressants :-\
So they've increased my patches to 75 which has helped, but I still feel such anger at times.
I suppose my question is, is this something that will continue for the duration of the menopause? Or will it change over the years?
Thanks for any replies and advice!

It will probably change. Do make a note of everything that you eat/drink for the next 5 days. As well as when .......
I was advised by the National Association for Pre-menstrual Syndrome [NAPS] to eat every 3 hours: 24/7. Due to sudden drops in blood sugar = nausea and anxiety surges. Plus at certain times of the month I would FLY INTO RAGES :cuss: I could strip paint off walls!

Hi there CLKD
Thank you for the welcome and nice to meet you!
Confusion is most certainly right!
Thanks for the tips, that has been a great help already! I am keeping tabs on when I do come on which I think also helps for GP and noticing my mood changes
It certainly is a minefield ;D

OMG the rages! It is terrible isn't it?
I do eat properly and regularly as I have to having been a Type 1 Diabetic most of my life. But thank you ;)
Plus it messes with my blood sugars something awful! So have that to contend with as well! >:(

Hi Felicity1! Thanks for popping by to say hello! :-*
Oooh that might be something I'd be able to take Jaypo, as there are certain things I can't take due to certain meds I'm on. Will check that out.
Thank you all so much for your tips and warm welcome, it is most appreciated! And if there's anything helpful I can contribute, I will when I can :D
