Evening, currently taking 3 pumps of oestrogel in the morning, anytime from 5.30am to 9am depending on if it's a work day or not. I take 2 utrogestan tabs at night for 14days from day 14 of cycle.
Due to my symptoms I haven't been able to do nightshift but it's going to start again soon. The most I will do is nights in a row but probably more like 3. Do I just take meds the same?
