I started on Lenzetto last week. I've just looked at the leaflet, and I didn't realise I needed to release 3 pumps with the lid on before I started using it. I've been using it for 6 days. Should I do the 3 pumps today? I'm so worried it won't now work, and I'm really struggling.
Thank you x

Those first three pumps are just to 'prime' the bottle, it makes sure the pump bit gets full of liquid before you start to use it. Not doing it before first use simply means your first day's dose may have been smaller than it should have been and that your first full dose would have been on day 2.
No need to do it now, there won't be any lasting effect of not doing it, just carry on using it normally and remember to do it on your next new spray :)
