Title: Hello new member here...anyone else with neuropathy and myopathy on HRT?

Hi everyone

I've just started using Oestrogel/progesterone tablets (12 months since my last period). I have neuropathy and myopathy and I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experiences?

Welcome.  Sorry I can't help - R these conditions in a single place in the body or in various places?  Do U have support ?

Thanks for your reply. The neuropathy/myopathy mostly affects my legs and face.

I’ve put on lots of weight this year and it won’t shift. I’ve also been having loads of problems (which totally match menopause symptoms) over the past few years. My GP decided I should try HRT for 3 months to rule out menopause symptoms before she investigates something else. I think it’s all related to some sort of auto immune problem, but I’m desperate and am happy to try HRT to see if it makes a difference!
