Hi
If you have an nhs ultrasound and you have a 7mm endometrium thickness I'm presuming a
Hysteroscopy will happen
What sort of time after the ultrasound would it happen, is it quick, or does it take months to come though
Also any one who has had biopsy how long is the wait for the results.
I know different areas have different times
My nerves are totally frayed at the moment, so just trying to prepare for the waiting
-
I can't remember exactly, but think it was about 2 or 3 weeks for both hysteroscopy and biopsy results.
-
MY biopsy results took 3 weeks and the wait for the hysteroscopy was about 8 weeks but that was because it was done under general. I think it would have been less than a month otherwise.
Hope you hear soon.

Hi gillybilly mine was a very similar time frame to Shropshirelass, as I also had a GA.
Please don't worry....I know this easier said than done. There are many of us on here who've been through the same so can offer advice if needed 😊.

Thanks all :)
I was supposed to be referred to the dedicated PMB clinic, where they state they book the hysteroscopy if needed at the ultrasound clinic
but instead, they are sending me to a small hospital that doesn't do them.
Ultrasound booked for 3 weeks time!
