Title: Estriol and Estradiol What’s the difference

Are topical Estriol and topical Estradiol the same or is Estradiol a stronger form of estrogen?
Is it safe to use topical Estradiol everyday?
My Gynecologist prescribes Estradiol 1 gram 3x weekly and always tells me not to go over. That seemed to work for me for several years but the last few months not so much. I have started having VA symptoms like never before over the last 3 months. Thanks for any advice.
