Title: Cylindrical Oestrogel Bottle
Post by: KittyKats on August 31, 2024, 09:09:18 AM
Anyone had difficulty with these new small bottles? Mine keep dispensing an incorrect half dose every few pumps. I wish they would bring back the old larger bottles!

Yep!  I bought some jewellers scales (around a fiver from Amazon) so that I could measure the correct amount each time.  They are also useful for weighing out half pump doses and I use them to weigh my testosterone to ensure I'm using the correct 'pea size'

My recent ones have been spitting out a dose here and there. My latest one, when I pulled off the lid ,the whole of the top of the bottle came off the canister and I could see all the gel inside.

Oh dear ladies! Yes the bottle suddenly spits out a half dose in two parts with mine. It's been two different bottle. Besins have admitted there is an issue with these new dispensers. I'm in a bit of a spat with them at the moment as I had to raise a yellow card at the beginning of the year as my symptoms returned on this new shaped bottle. They are still doing tests on the bottle I sent back. So frustrating as they said the old conical bottles are still being manufactured but no chemist near me can source them!

Anyone got a link to a photo of the smaller bottles? I haven't heard of this.

I don't think that's what's being talked about as these aren't 'new'... We've had that shape of bottles for a good year+ now....? They are also not smaller, just a different shape.

Sorry I meant cylindrical not conical. I got my shapes mixed up! Besins are aware of the issues and are trying to rectify. Spoke to them again this morning and they will update soon.
