After advice!!!  Can I use vaginal tablets AND topical gel together?

No, don't put Oestrogel on your vag.  ;D

You can use local vaginal tablets like Vagifem or Gina and also Oestrogel on your body (thighs, butt, upper arms) and you can use local vaginal tablets and local cream together - like Ovestin, which is designed to be used vaginally. Which exact products are you talking about?

I guess I didn't expand on that!!  So I currently use Estrogel but am limited on prescription due to insurance  (living in the US - recently moved there).  Have VA so wondering if I can also use vaginal estradiol tablets as well.  I currently use 1mg estradiol gel topical on thighs

Yes you can use vaginal estradiol tablets/pessaries and vaginal estradiol creams as well as systemic HRT (Estrogel).

Many women need both local and systemic treatment.
