Hi Seniz,

I have also been told from a scan I have Adenomyosis & endometriosis and I am on Femseven conti but find if I use the Vagifem internally it can cause build up issues for me so I use Oestrogen cream externally. I have read Dr Louise Newson information previously on this subject & I understand she has a new podcast with a top gynaecologist who specialises in endometriosis which may help you further. This is what works for me & hope you find out more information to find what can work for you. LB
