Title: Mouth ulcers and HRT/oestrogen vaginal cream

I can’t see this as a listed side effect but started on a combo patch and vaginal oestrogen cream and roof of mouth very sore. Anyone else? Perhaps coincidence

Hi. 

Do U sleep with your mouth open?  Do U have allergy-type hay-fever symptoms?  I find that I am scratching the roof of my mouth with my tongue often which causes soreness.

Have U altered your diet recently?

Definitely, I've been getting it on and off for many years.  I always had recurring mouth blisters in reproductive years and HRT causes mouth sensitivity.  It's sometimes linked to burning mouth syndrome (particularly roof of mouth) which is very common.

Thanks for responding. Yes burning roof of mouth that sounds like it .
