Title: Hot flashes
Post by: ATJ on August 14, 2024, 06:48:47 AM
Hi members,
Looking for some thoughts.
I’ve been on Hrt for nearly 3 years, 52 and not bleed from June.
I’ve never had hot flashes but recently I have.  Well it feels like one.
Any suggestions as they are breaking my sleep.  I’ve started an extra pump to estrogel to see if that helps.
Food intake, training and steps are all good.

Thank you

Hot flashes are caused by hormonal imbalances. If they appear it means your HRT doesn’t properly balance your hormones and you need to adjust doses.
