Title: When to take oral HRT?

I've been prescribed 1/5 femoston and 1mg of Estradiol   

Swapping from 100mg Everol patch.  Feeling anxious 😬

Thinking of taking the estradiol at night and femoston in the morning as heard progesterone should be higher in AM.  Also heard good to take on empty stomach.

Does anyone have any
experience/advice please?
