:-\ ???
I've been trying to sort out my shingles jab ........ apparently I had the 1st in February, I remember nowt of going to the appt. nor having the vaccine. The Nurse rang this afternoon and spoke to DH, I had actually written on our His/Hers calendar including how I felt after! He had a single dose jab which I vaguely remember going with him at the time last year.
For years I've been unable to remember books that I have read even when I've enjoyed them! As well as little issues every day :'(

Hi Clkd.
Are you under any stress at the moment?
Our memories do wane as we age. Not sure of your age.
Are you on any hrt ? It could be brain fog due to low oestrogen my friend had this before starting hrt.
I feel your worries as my mum had Alzheimer’s and dread forgetfulness creeping in and will panic if this happens to worrying I could be going down the same road.
Do you feel you need to be tested? I believe there are drugs to slow it down.

:thankyou: it's nowt new but I am more aware of issues - if that makes sense ::)
Having looked at the calendar notes for Feb when I had the shingles vaccine, I can remember that I had a reaction to a cheaper dose of ADs that same week but no recall of the appt. ::). We have had a his/hers calendar for over 30 years, if it's not on it we ain't doing it!
I can no longer remember what is written on the shopping list if it's left behind: this has been happening for 15 years.
70.6 me. And that's not my waist measurement ;). A lot I think is that my brain is no longer stimulated by being in work, however: I have always been a bit vague ......
