Hii, bit panicked this morning. Can’t get in touch with GP. Usually change patch Tuesday and Friday - same days for vagirux. Long story short - end of last week was crazy - woke up Sunday in a blind panic - simply coukd not remember if I had done what I should done have on Friday. The more I tried to remember - the worse it got. Upshot was - took it again on Sun in case I had forgotten on Friday - so I may have taken it 2 days early or 2 datmys late. Question is though - do I take it all today to get back in track, shift all the days by one and do weds and sat instead or something else. Help !

Hi just shift the days on. So whenever you changed the patch just restart a twice weekly regime. I often have to do this if my patch comes off - and then I just change my calendar reminder on my phone ( because I do mine every 3 days, rather than twice a week).
Don't be alarmed if you get some spotting if you had forgotten to change - this would be caused by a fall in progestogen.

I don't have experience of patches so I can't advise on those but I do know that you can safely use vagirux everyday, lots of women need 4/5/6 times a week to address VA symptoms. So just get yourself back on track with that in any way that suits you- you definitely can't 'overdose' on it.

I'd just start again from today if you want to keep the days the same.
Just put on a new patch and take a vagirux today and then again Friday.
If you have taken a little extra so what?!
Bit annoying if you pay for them but it can't do you any physical harm.
