Title: Lenzetto spray

Hi I'm just starting lenzetto spray with 100mg progesterone is one spray ok to start with?
Third time trying HRT and hoping for good results  8)
If anyone else s on the same, and what was your experience with this.
I'm post menopausal and have everything intact. Thanks ladies  :)

I was on Lenzetto for two years (two sprays) and got on really well with it until I developed an allergic dermatitis rash to it (I have very sensitive skin). In my opinion it's always best to start off on the smallest dose and work your way up, rather than the other way around. One spray sounds like a good starting plan!
