Title: Constantl hot flushes

Just that, I have them all day. All of a sudden in the last few weeks they've become like they feel they are constant. They're probably not, but I'm having them a lot of the day. Its unbearable. Is this normal? They make me feel weird but he intense feeling of being hot is worse than ever.

Just read this. Are you on HRT? if not it might be worth talking to your GP. The hot flushes were one of the main reasons I started HRT 20 years ago. HRT stopped them in their tracks very quickly.

Pre hrt I had what seemed like a constant hot flush - day and night. The odd one or two might be manageable but at the level you're having them, horrible. HRT stopped them altogether for me. Good luck - hope you get something sorted.
