Hi Ladies,
Does anyone get worse migraines and headaches?,
Mine have definitely got worse during perimenopause and more frequent. Any tips on how to relieve them at all?. :-\

Hi!  It is known that during peri-menopause headaches/migraine symptoms may increase.  How have you been during your menstruating years?

There is medication available for those floored with this, mayB keep a note of when they happen and speak to your Nurse Practitioner for advice.  As well as nose bleeds, migraines are my dread!

Thankyou for replying :)
Yes I must keep a diary as you have suggested before I've just let the idea slide as life goes by ::)
Before iud...I would get a head ache a few days before my period now I have more severe headaches and migraines this happens every few weeks...the obvious thing is to record it definitely.

Let us know how you get on and mayB talk to the pharmacist about various treatments?
