Title: Utrogestan terrors - short term AD use
Post by: Blythe on July 08, 2024, 08:49:16 AM
Like many I am struggling with the progesterone element. I have tried vaginally, rectally and now just using for 5 days every 2-3 months. I am aware of the need for it and the risks of not using etc. I am having regular good bleeds and will have a scan soon.

After 5 days I have an awful drop. I know what it is but I cannot manage the off the scale anxiety and try to finish my relationship. I just feel dead.

I remember reading a post and the lady had AD which she would take for a few days in the latter part of the cycle. Any experience of this ?
I was also thinking of the coil but not sure if this will help or make it worse.
