Title: Horrendous anxiety and panic
Post by: PeriPeri on July 07, 2024, 06:58:39 AM
I was on Evorel Conti patches with an additional Estradot alongside  Desogestrel pill. My specialist said this was a strange combination and wanted to reset my dose and I’m now on Oestrogel and Utrogestan and I came off the pill.

Within a month I feel horrendous. Anxiety is sky high, panic, pain in my chest and back from being constantly anxious, dizzy, tinnitus, acne, perioral dermatitis.

I can not function like this, I’ve requested an urgent appointment to review what I’m taking. Has anyone else had such terrible symptoms and they did settle down? I really need to know this will improve.  :'(

What speciality gave this advice?

Some don't get on with Utrogestan.  I would ring your 'specialist' tomorrow and let him/her.  Was the other regime helping?

And what strength was the additional estradot patch? I'm wondering if your oestrogen dose has reduced?
