Hi Everyone :)

I have just made my first post! I am 33 and diagnosed with POI roughly 20 years ago as a teen. I am seeking advice, I have tried signing up to the daisy network, though i am experiencing technical issues. I just wanted to introduce myself :) I came across this website as my other half suggested i reached out regarding my recent side effects from HRT after 2 years!

I am dyslexic so apologise if any of my posts are ever hard to read  :o

Hi Katie and welcome to the forum. I'm not on systemic HRT now, just local estrogen,  but you will get lots of support and advice from very knowledgeable ladies that are on all different kinds of HRT.

Hi Dierdre,

Thank you for the warm welcome  :) I have had some very helpful responses so far and i am so thankful, it's lovely to not feel alone. You feel at times that not even medical professionals understand so i wanted to speak to people who are experienced and live through this daily.
