Title: Progesterone increase

Do I need to increase my ultrogestan as I have moved from estrodot 75 patch to EStradot 75 and 1 pump on gel feel much better on the higher dose of oestrogen but  if I miss 1 ultrogestan or take My gel late I am having breakthrough bleeds so worried about lining thickening

No, it's good for up to 100mcg oestrogen. On sequi it's the withdrawal of progesterone that triggers a bleed. It can happen to me if I take it late too.
