When taking the HRT Evorel Sequi patches could ovulation occur at anytime or is the bleed at the end of the pack of patches due to ovulation?
Clutching I know, but trying to figure out if I could still get pregnant one month after starting on HRT that was prescribed due to low FSH levels. TIA

They say you can still get pregnant on HRT and to use precautions, but I don't think you do ovulate, and definitely not in my case, and I never caught pregnant on it. I never had a positive ovulation test on it either in 3 years. The period you get is a fake bleed similar to when you are on the contraceptive pill. Best way to tell is to buy ovulation tests from Amazon. As soon as I came off HRT I was ovulating again with strong positive tests at age 51 lol 😳

I never did an ovulation test when on sequi hrt but most months I had all the signs of ovulation that I had pre hrt, increased and different cervical mucous, raised body temperature and sensitive breasts. I'd still be careful. The odd months it didnt happen were noticeable x
