Sorry loves I know this is the similar post.....but I wanted to know if too many pumps gel caused anyone to have more physical anxiety feelings?
I did start at 4 3 days ago, yesterday 2....bit still after the 2 yesterday had more physical anxiety.
Now this morning...did 2 ....had it again about 3 hours later

Hi it may not be the amount you are using, but the fact that you are changing doses. This will cause fluctuations in levels which will cause symptoms.
Are you still taking the combined pill too? x

In that case, be guided by your MS or GP. So many changes so quickly.

Hi are you taking extra progesterone? There’s unlikely to be enough in the pill to protect the endometrium when you are adding extra oestrogen.
As Nas has said, you’ve made a lot of changes in a short time and this is likely to be increasing your symptoms.

You know I've thought this, I guess I rely havebt helped myself at all. It's just in desperation to get that lift again....I plummeted so hard from 7th msy I can't believe it xx

Update ....gp said either 75 or 80 but no higher.
I've got gynaecologist ringing me Sunday morning.
Have decided 80 patch.
What do you ladies think?
I'm also still getting horrid effects from leaving my AD.. I feel bit put of it, not in ghe room feel...eyes blurry...anyone else had this on antidepressant?
