Title: Adder time of year. check your dog all over!

Can't find the 'dog breeds' thread  :-\ - do take care after dog walks because my friend's was bitten, probably by an adder and is undergoing intensive treatment.  It is touch and go whether he will survive  :'(  :-\.  Began with sudden swelling of a paw so is now under alternate day treatments at a Vet Surgery with regular ABs and flushing of affected area and ABs administered at home.

Ugh, i hate snakes, and I'm sorry to read about your friend's dog. I hope it gets better  :scottie:

I haven't had an update yet today  :-\. He's due at the Vet again in the morning.

I used to keep a grass snake ........ now I would run a mile  ;D
