Starting hrt tonight is it ok to use the estrogen at same time as progesterone? It’s not going to set off anxiety ? I already struggling with sleep because of anxiety and I’m sensitive to meds

I think you have Oestrogel and Utrogestan? The usual way is to use the gel in the morning and the Utrogestan at night. Utrogestan usually causes drowsiness.
