Anyone use for sleep? Took mine last night first time felt wired!! Got a bit of sleep is it supposed to work instantly for sleep. Experiences please?? No negs

I have successfully used anti-travel sickness meds as well as OTC anti-histamines.  It got me into a better sleep routine and after 3-4 nights, I didn't require them.
