After almost 10 years I'm hopefully on the way to the end but for me these last parts are a nightmare and not sure if anyone else is either going through the same or gone through. Since Easter when I had the last thing I would recognise as a period I've had days free of everything and days where I will wipe for there to be brown or dark when I wipe. Usually happens at the same time as my back starts aching, then it will vanish again. I think it's teasing me, oh its gone just to pop up again sometime. I don't know about anybody else but feel like I can never not wear a liner just incase, although it never goes on it

Once we have been free of any kind of 'show' for 12-14 months we can be considered as menopausal. Nature may throw in the Curved Ball >:( ::). R these symptoms cyclical?
